Check with your health fund for cover. Access rebates for:

  • Speech therapy sessions
  • Early intervention supports
  • Language therapy

  • Ask your GP if you qualify for Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan

Referral Requirements

  • A GP must prepare the Management Plan (GPMP)
  • The GP then provides a referral to a speech pathologist.

  • Up to 5 allied health sessions per calendar year total
